I’m just back from the 17th Annual National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Conference and I am fired up about bankruptcy.
I spent the weekend meeting attorneys from across the country and Georgia, and attended seminars that will make me a better bankruptcy attorney. I had the privilege of learning special topics in bankruptcy from the best attorneys, judges, and trustees in the country. I learned caselaw that is relevant to my clients and cases, and I was personally inspired to get at it with regard to fighting back against Big Credit.
Why am I telling you this? Because I am proud to be a member of an organization that is dedicated to serving consumers who need help navigating the challenges of bankruptcy.
Because this is my “deal,” I spend inordinate amounts of time thinking about how the Bankruptcy code and caselaw will impact my clients’ lives and their fresh start. I live to advocate on behalf of my clients.
Go ask the other attorneys you’ve interviewed how seriously dedicated they are to your interests. I’ll be here when you’re ready to talk to a consumer lawyer who cares about you.
